We maintain age-appropriate supervision ratios so that each group of children is paired with highly trained staff and receives personalized attention. This lets our team foster a nurturing environment that supports safety and development, while giving parents reassurance that their child is engaged and well looked after throughout the event.
Our published ratios follow Caring for Our Children, the national health and safety performance standards from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Public Health Association. From age seven up they meet or exceed the national school-age standard. Full ratios by age band are listed in our Staffing and Safety Guidelines, and are confirmed against venue and jurisdiction requirements before every event.

Two emergency contacts, authorized pick-up individuals, medical information, and communication preferences are collected at registration.
