Conference Kidz customizes every program to reflect the theme and industry of your event. Children engage in age-appropriate activities inspired by the technologies, missions, and innovations showcased at the conference, whether defense, cyber, space, healthcare, energy, insurance, beauty, the trades, or emerging tech.
Through sponsored LEGO builds, STEM challenges, creative projects, and guided exploration, kids get a fun, hands-on introduction to the concepts their parents work with every day. This themed approach makes the experience more meaningful for families and reinforces the conference's mission in a playful, engaging way.
Our labs are matched to your industry, not pulled off a shelf. Kids at a space conference run missions. Kids at a beauty expo run a styling bar. Kids at an insurance gathering test a house against a storm and take a pedal car through a safety course.
Hands-on stations are built at three or four difficulty levels so every age group is doing recognizably the same activity at its own level.

We maintain secure check-in and check-out procedures, age-appropriate ratios, and controlled access to ensure every child enjoys a safe, structured, and welcoming environment throughout the event.
